IMNU launches culture festival

A month-long cultural festival kicked off with a flag-giving ceremony for Ulan Muqir art troupes at Inner Mongolia Normal University in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Nov 17.
Over 500 student representatives and teaching staff participated in the event.
During the ceremony, Huang Yali, Party chief of IMNU granted the flags to the university's three art troupes including the international Ulan Muqir art troupe, which was established in May.
The festival is a part of the university's plan to provide students with a full range of opportunities to take part in cultural activities, said Gao Yunfeng, deputy secretary of the university.
