IMNU seeks partnership with Wuhan Sports University

A delegation led by Qi Changzhu, vice-president of Wuhan Sports University (WSU) visited Inner Mongolia Normal University (IMNU) on Jan 10.
Zhang Tao, deputy division chief of the Education Department in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, and Zhang Haifeng, vice-president of IMNU, as well as other leaders from the university attended the meeting.
Zhang Haifeng welcomed the delegation from WSU and introduced the development of teaching staff, and enrollment and employment at IMNU during the meeting.
He said that IMNU was looking forward to working with WSU in promoting physical education and big data technologies.
Qi Changzhu said that WSU had big advantages in educational programs and expressed his hopes to cooperate with IMNU in training promising sports students.
During the meeting, Zhang Tao introduced the development of physical education in the region.
“The development of big data technologies creates more opportunities in education,” he noted.
He stressed that the local government would provide technological support for the partnership between IMNU and WSU.
The two sides also agreed to share more resources and enhance academic exchanges during the meeting.
